The High Pressure Physics R&D Center is headed by Professor Qiu Kunfeng, a young Changjiang scholar from the Ministry of Education. The team has a team size of 19, including 5 researchers with senior professional titles and 14 PhD/Master candidates.

 

     Committed to the research and development of high-temperature and high-pressure equipment and materials, as well as the transformation and application of related technologies, focusing on the design and manufacture of high-pressure equipment, high-temperature superconducting material manufacturing technology, superplastic forming manufacturing technology, mineral material synthesis, functional material synthesis and other problems.

    

     At present, it has applied for 1 military rapid support project and 1 Zhengzhou major scientific and technological innovation project, published 5 papers, and applied for 3 patents. The project "Development and application of superhard materials and wear-resistant coatings for coal mining equipment" has been awarded by China Coal The second prize of the Science and Technology Award of the Industrial Association provides consulting or technical services for 3 units including Zhengzhou High-tech Abrasives Co., Ltd.
