The Micro-Nano Manufacturing R&D Center is headed by Associate Professor She Dingshun, the outstanding young talents of Beijing Municipality and the executive vice president of the Institute.      Committed to the research and development of micro-nano materials, devices and in-situ characterization technology, as well as the transformation and application of related technologies, focusing on nano-material preparation technology, functional material preparation technology, in-situ analysis and testing technology, thermal interface material preparation technology and other problems.

    

     At present, 3 papers have been published and 3 patents have been applied. The project of "Adding Polishing Agent to Nanoparticles on Low Index Crystal Faces of Single Crystal Diamond" won the second prize of the 9th University Science and Technology Innovation Achievement Exhibition and Promotion Conference, and organized the micro-nano manufacturing technology.
