The 5G New Material R&D Center is headed by the top talents of the National Ten Thousand Talents Program and Dean of the Research Institute, Professor Yue Wen. The team has a team size of 23, including 7 researchers with senior titles or above, and 16 PhD/Master candidates.

 

     Committed to the research and development of thermal conductive materials and related technology transformation and application, based on nano material preparation technology and diamond coating technology, it mainly tackles the heat dissipation technology problems of smart phones, 5G base stations, AI chips, pan-electronic consumer terminals, new energy vehicles and other related products.

    

     At present, the project has successfully achieved industrialization and has incubated a technology-based enterprise (Haijing New Material Technology Co., Ltd.), with complete industrialization capabilities, and has nearly 4,000 square meters of R&D and production bases in Shenzhen and Suzhou. At present, 3 patents have been applied for, "Pre-cured one-component thermal conductive gel DQL-TG-H600S" won the 22nd China International High-tech Achievement Fair Excellent Product Award, and "High Thermal Conductive Material for 5G Equipment" project Won the first prize of the 9th University Science and Technology Innovation Achievement Exhibition Promotion Conference.
